Shipping policy

●Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be baked & processed. Once your order has been processed it will be dispatched with a courier company, depending on your region please allow 1-5 working days and up to 10 working days if you are in an outlying area.

●Please contact us for your waybill, should you feel the need to track your order!

●Please note, all deliveries are scheduled at the customers own risk, insurance is available on request. Milk Makers does not claim responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once dispatched.

●We offer delivery as an added service and you are welcome to dispatch your own courier or opt for collection. 

Returns Policy

●Due to the perishable nature of our products, we regret to inform you that no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted once dispatched. Should the order you received be incorrect, we will replace the item and cover the return shipping cost. 

●No other returns or exchanges may be made.
